SCOPE OF WORK
LAI prepared the community master plan design and processed entitlement documents for a 933-acre master planned community including an elementary school site, a 42 acre community park, over 350 acres of open space improvements, and a variety of residential enclaves totaling 2,880 residences including single-family, attached residential units, and multi-family units.
