SCOPE OF WORK
Sierra Meadows is an active adult housing community for seniors that have served in the United States Military. Developed by the Harris County Housing Authority. LAI participted in all phases of design thru construction of the project. This includes branding, architecture, landscape deisgn, visual media and marketing collateral.

The project complies with all HUD Housing accessibly and various design specifications required.

Sierra Meadows boasts a patriotic theme for 90 residential units of one and two bedroom apartments, which include ranch style villas and 3 story apartment homes. Property amenities are comprised of club house, a United States shaped swimming pool, The Purple Heart Garden, miniture golf course, lawn areas, as well as playground areas.
