LAI provided planning and architectural services for the Vista at Panorama Pointe site. Vista at Panorama Pointe is an addition to the overall Panorama Pointe Campus. This addition includes sixty-nine (69) apartment units for independent senior living. The proposed apartment building will have an enclosed connection directly to the adjacent existing senior center.
